These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, courses, programs, and services (the "Services") offered by Raizora ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Raizora offers online courses and programs, some of which are created and taught by independent instructors. You can reach us through our contact form for any questions about these Terms.
2. The Services
We provide access to educational content, including self-paced courses, live sessions, recordings, lessons, templates, and related materials. Each course's page describes its content, format, schedule, instructor, price, and any conditions specific to that course. Where a course's page sets out specific conditions, those conditions apply in addition to these Terms and prevail in case of conflict.
Access is personal to the person who enrolled — it may not be shared, resold, or transferred to a third party without our written consent.
3. Purchases and payment
Prices are those shown on the course's page, at checkout, or confirmed to you directly at the time of enrollment. They are payable in full, or according to any installment plan explicitly offered for that course. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.
4. Access and license
Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your own personal or internal professional use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.
5. Refunds
Unless a course's page states otherwise, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access to the course has been granted.
6. No professional advice
Course content is educational and general in nature. It does not replace legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice specific to your situation. Results or outcomes mentioned in our marketing materials are illustrative and not guaranteed — your results will depend on your own effort, circumstances, and practice.
7. Third-party tools
Our courses may use, reference, or recommend third-party software and platforms (video conferencing, messaging, automation or AI tools, etc.). We do not control these third parties, are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or terms, and are not liable for any issues arising from your use of them.
8. Intellectual property
All content, including text, videos, recordings, graphics, and course materials, is owned by Raizora, its instructors, or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license described in Section 4.
9. User conduct
You agree not to: share your access with others; record, copy, scrape, or redistribute course content or live sessions; use the Services for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or with other participants' experience.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raizora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
